An elastic, smocked waistband skirt in the same fabric and print as the Juliette Top. When worn together, the whole thing becomes a dress vibe, but when worn separately this skirt is perfect to layer with a Sendero tee or even a sweatshirt and white kicks. Three tier layered skirt, with a cotton lining, and scaled-up coconut buttons at the center back.
